Road Glide Family,

Hosting a Shark Week has its many rewards and along with that it also presents many challenges.  On one hand we are thrilled with the response by so many who have indicated their desire to join us at Shark Week XVI in Colorado.  At the same time, we have seen an unprecedented demand for hotel accommodations.  

Among the many challenges of hosting a Shark Week event is estimating the size of the group and booking enough hotel rooms in advance to accommodate all of those who will be attending.  Although we have reserved the maximum block of rooms at our host hotel, all those rooms are now fully booked, and we are unable to secure additional rooms at this time. However, double queen rooms outside of our block remain available online at the flexible rate of $219 per night, or $208 per night for Hilton Honors members.

Note that this is not a group rate, but you might be able to secure a discount using alternate methods (AAA, AARP, etc.)
