July 27 - Sunday

  • 2:00 - 9:00 PM - registration room open - check in and pick up your merchandise, tickets and swag bag
  • No Events Scheduled - Meet and greet and catch up with some old, and hopefully, some new friends
 

July 28 - Monday

All DAY - individual rides, sightseeing and visiting local establishments

  • 10:00 - 1:00  registration room & store
  • 2:00 - 5:30   registration room & store
  • 6:00   - Opening ceremonies - main ballroom
  • Light hors d'oeuvre will be served -  The evening refreshments are provided by Robert Saunooke of Singleton Schreiber Injury Attorneys
  • 7:00   Blessing of the bikes             
  • 8:00 - 10:00  Registration Room / RGNR Store

July 29 - Tuesday

  • All DAY - individual rides, sightseeing and visiting local establishments
  • 8:00 - 9:30  registration room & store open
  • 10:30 - 2:00  RGNR Dealer Day:  Harley Davidson of Asheville
  • 10:30 - 11:00  Arrival for group photo lineup (12.5 miles from hotel - 14 minutes)
  • DEALER SPONSORED lunch will be provided  starting at 11:30
  • 2:00 - 5:30  registration room & store open
  • 6:00 - 9:00  RGNR presentations and annual t-shirt swap - main ballroom
  • 9:00 - 10:00 registration room & store open

 

T SHIRT SWAP - Plan to participate in the 15th Annual RGNR T-Shirt Swap.  Bring a new T-Shirt from your favorite HD Dealership in your size.  Be prepared to get the shirt of your dreams ripped out of your formerly nicotine stained fingers!
  Please support our sponsoring dealer and be patient in the event that you need service.  They will do their best to get you up and running in a timely manner.
 

 

July 30 - Wednesday 

  • All DAY - individual rides, sightseeing and visiting local establishments
  • 6:00 - 9:00  RGNR Raffle - Hot bite hors d'oeuvre will be provided for snacking

NOTE:  Bring cash or credit... we take it all.  The Queen of Swag is putting together a top notch group of items. Buy your tickets
from Frankie and have a great evening of trying to figure out how you're going to ship that raffle prize home.
 

July 31 - Thursday
All DAY - individual rides, sightseeing local establishments

  • 6:00 - banquet (purchased ticket required) and closing ceremonies

Banquet Notes:  The Spirit Award recipient for 2025 will be announced as well as the location of the 2027 RGNR.
