Sunday - August 2, 2026

  • Noon to 8:00 p.m. – Registration Room & Store Open
  • Check in and pick up your merchandise, tickets and swag bag
  • No scheduled events – Meet and greet, catch up with old friends, and new friends

 

Monday - August 3, 2026

All Day – individual rides, sightseeing and visiting local establishments

  • 8:00 a.m. to Noon – Registration Room & Store Open

  • 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Registration Room & Store Open

  • 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 

    • Meet and Greet

    • Blessing of the Bikes

  • 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – Registration Room & Store Open

 

Tuesday - August 4, 2026

All Day – individual rides, sightseeing and visiting local establishments

  • 8:00 a.m. to Noon – Registration Room & Store Open

  • 6:00 p.m. – High Meadows Meeting Area

    • Opening Ceremonies, Veteran Recognition, 2028 RGNR Presentations (must be present to vote), T-shirt Swap, RG Flag Announcement

 

T SHIRT SWAP - Plan to participate in the 16th Annual RGNR T-Shirt Swap.  Bring a new T-Shirt from your favorite HD Dealership in your size.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN HOSTING THE 2028 RGNR?   Please consider pitching your area.  This does not happen without your help and involvement.

Wednesday - August 5 

  • 10:30  AM   Group picture at Thunder Mountain Harley Davidson -  arrive no later than 10:15

    Group Picture and Dealer Sponsored Lunch followed by individual rides, sightseeing and visiting local establishments

    • 10:30 a.m. – Group Picture at Thunder Mountain Harley Davidson

    • 11:00 a.m. – Dealer provided lunch

    • 5:00 p.m. – High Meadows Meeting Area

      • Cash Bar Opens

      • Light Hors ’devours sponsored by Robert Saunooke of Singleton      Schreiber Injury Attorneys

      • 5:00 p.m. – Door open for raffle preview

      • 6:00 p.m. 

      • 6:15 p.m. – Raffle Begins

NOTE:  Bring cash or credit... we take it all.  The Queen of Swag is putting together a top notch group of items. Buy your tickets
from Frankie and have a great evening of trying to figure out how you're going to ship that raffle prize home.
 

 

Thursday - August 6
